Two dry-food lines and two palatant lines
Raw materials are inspected on arrival, then batched by a computer-controlled system before grinding, extrusion, drying, coating and packing. Palatant production runs on separate lines so flavour coatings never cross-contaminate a customer recipe.
The workshop has an automated dust-removal system and an automated control system with batching accuracy of ≤3‰ dynamic and ≤1‰ static. Our new plant went into production in January 2024.
