Batching, extrusion, coating, freeze-drying, packing and metal detection — with retained samples kept for each batch.

Documents & shipment

Export documents, container loading supervision and shipping follow-up until the goods arrive.

Because every project has a different recipe, pack size and order quantity, we quote MOQ, lead time and price per project — usually the same working day after we receive your requirement. Trial orders are welcome.

Paperwork we prepare with every shipment

Commercial invoice and packing list
Bill of lading (sea) or airway bill (air samples)
Certificate of origin — FORM E for China–ASEAN tariff preference
Health certificate / sanitary certificate
Inspection and quarantine certificate issued by Chinese customs
Manufacturer registration and certification copies required by your importer

Document requirements differ per market and products containing animal-origin ingredients carry additional requirements. Send us your importer's checklist and we will confirm what we can issue.

Batch traceability

Every batch keeps a code and a retained sample, so any issue can be traced back to production records.

Quality complaint handling

Report the batch code with photos and we investigate, respond and settle the claim with replacement or compensation.

Formula adjustment

If a market needs different protein, fat, size or colour, we adjust the recipe and re-sample for approval.

Marketing support

Product photos, pack renders, specification sheets and certificates for your own listings and distributors.
